By engaging with or using Launch Terminal, you understand and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this application.

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this application for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this Agreement.
2. Use Restrictions
You may not:
Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on this application.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble this application, except as permitted by law.
Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit this application.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in and to this application are owned by us or our licensors. Your use of this application does not grant you any ownership rights to this application.
4. No Warranty
This application is provided “as is,” without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that this application will always work perfectly or be free from errors.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of this application.
6. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Terminology and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claim, suit, action, or damage related to your use of this application or violation of this Agreement.
7. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated by either you or us. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the laws of Delaware, excluding its conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Agreement at any time. If we make changes, we will let you know by revising the date at the top of the Agreement and, in some cases, we may provide you with additional notice.
By continuing to use this application after those changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Agreement.
